The Company was originally incorporated on January, 30, 1996 in the name of "Aman Fincap Limited" under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the company was subsequently changed to "Richcredit Finance Private Limited" with effect from 27th of September, 2021.

Aman Fincap Limited is a registered Financial Services Company providing short to medium term financing to Individuals, Manufacturing Concern and Wholesale Traders (Term Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Micro Enterprises Loan) in PAN India. Aman Fincap Limited is registered NBFC and supervised by the RBI. The Company commenced its operations in 2015. The Richcredit team is young, vibrant and innovative and have significant experience in the financial services industry. Initially Richcredit Finance was founded based on the need to fill a gap in the way financial services are offered to individuals and Small and Medium Enterprises. Later on the company is engaged in the business of providing financial services in other sectors also in PAN India.
